Chi Machine Therapy Session

The Chi Machine is a device designed to gently move your body in a fish-like motion while you lie down. Benefits include: temporary relief of minor muscle aches, pain and tension caused by fatigue or over exertion; temporary increase of local blood circulation and oxygen by relaxing muscles locally; stimulation of lymphatic system which promotes elimination of metabolic waste and toxins; promotion of lymph drainage, mental focus and physical energy.

If you suffer from arthritis or lower back pain, the Chi Machine can be a gentle way to find some relief. The gentle oscillation can help improve joint mobility and reduce pain without putting additional stress on the joints. This is particularly beneficial for those who find traditional exercise routines too painful or difficult to maintain.The gentle movement can help keep joints flexible, and by reducing stiffness, the Chi Machine can help alleviate chronic pain associated with lower back issues. For older individuals and those with limited mobility, maintaining circulation is key to overall health. Raindrop Therapy Technique

A combination of reflexology, aromatherapy and massage with essential oils applied to the feet and spine. Designed to bring balance and alignment to the body in a noninvasive manner with its relaxing and mild application. Raindrop stimulates the body on a physical and emotional level.

Therapeutic aromatherapy is a form of vibrational medicine that recognizes that every tissue and organ, as well as the body as a whole, has its own electromagnetic energy field. Most physical conditions and diseases begin to manifest in our energy fields before they occur in our physical bodies. Therapeutic grade essential oils have specific electromagnetic frequencies and tend to migrate to the tissues or organs that resonate with their own frequencies. Some oils move toward muscles, joints, and bones, while others are drawn to the digestive tract, the lymphatic system, the reproductive organs, or to the heart and circulatory system. Oils may be attracted to the liver, the kidneys, the pancreas, the thyroid gland, or the nervous system or brain. This therapeutic method may not only lead to the disappearance of an existing physical problem in the body, but can even prevent a condition that has manifested in the energy field from ever manifesting physically.

The use of undiluted essential oils in Raindrop Technique is consistent with the French model for aromatherapy, which is the most extensively practiced and studied model in the world. Having used essential oils clinically since the 1920’s, the French have consistently recommended neat (undiluted) use of essential oils.

A Raindrop session takes about an hour and may continue to work in the body for up to a week following a session, with possible realignment and bodily adjustment taking place during this time.

This extended time allows for a full body massage, with additional time to focus on specific areas of concern or to incorporate more specialized techniques like deep tissue work, cupping, and aromatherapy. The extra time also allows for more gentle stretches and a more thorough, individualized approach to massage. This isn't just any massage; it's a comprehensive approach focusing on your entire well-being.

Paraffin Dip for Hands and Feet

This service can also be added as an additional treatment after massage. Paraffin wax treatments soothe chronic joint pain, relax stiff muscles and improve blood flow to the treated area. It increases range of motion for those with arthritis, bursitis and other chronic conditions that cause pain and stiffness. Paraffin also help smooth and soften dry, chapped, rough, and/or scaly skin. It can help with chronic conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

Spiritual Direction Session

Need “a safe place to fall?” Dawn Gabauer is a student at Soul Shepherding Institute and will graduate as a certified spiritual director in February 2026. The ministry of spiritual direction is an ancient Christian practice of holy listening. Spiritual direction is a conversational and prayerful relationship of seeking God together through the journey of life, focusing on the client’s personal experiences of God. The spiritual journey is often a lonely path, especially during difficult or challenging times. A sacred companion, I.e. a spiritual director, can guide and reflect back to us God’s presence in our life and the world—awakening new possibilities, connections, and deeper relationships. The true director of the spiritual direction process is not the person hosting the conversation, it’s the Holy Spirit. The director simply serves as an ambassador to the Spirit of Christ by ministering God’s continual friendship. Through holy listening the director can reflect Jesus’ love and empathy to help others experience God and follow the Spirit’s leading, while providing guidance for their relationship with God. Welcome to Relax N Restore Massage & Wellness LLC! After serving in ministry for over a decade while still practicing massage with family and friends, I have felt the nudge and desire to return to my 20 yr old root ministry of massage therapy on a full time basis. I believe that I am to use massage therapy in conjunction with what I have learned in ministry to give my clients a truly holistic approach to their care. It is my sincere honor and privilege to help calm troubled minds, release pain, tension and stress from the body, and help usher in a sense of wellbeing by listening well with empathy and compassion.
